Refund Policy

No Refund on Fee Payment

Once fees are deposited, they are non-refundable under any circumstances. Even if a request is made on the same day of admission, no refund will be processed.

Non-Transferable & Non-Adjustable Fees

Fees paid for any course, test series, or study material cannot be transferred to another person or adjusted against another program.

No Refund for Voluntary Discontinuation

We do not process refunds if a student voluntarily chooses to discontinue or opts not to avail of our services any longer.

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes related to fees and refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Berhampur, Odisha, India.

Return Policy

Since Study OAS provides educational services and does not sell physical goods, we do not have a return policy.
